About the role

Responsibilities
- The Event Program Manager will manage corporate events and execution across trade shows, conferences, and internal events at UKG.
- Duties and Responsibilities Manage the execution of corporate events to amplify our brand story and image at trade shows, internal events, user conferences, and brand activations.
- This includes lead and support roles for all corporate events.
- Manage to event goals and budgets while tracking ROI, engagement metrics, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and manage relationships with external partners and vendors, including contract negotiation to secure optimal terms.
- Partner with cross-functional internal teams to create targeted event agendas, campaigns, and content that meet engagement objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in high-growth organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise managing large-scale owned and sponsored programs.
- Proficiency in event management platforms and registration systems.

- Experience within the technology sector.
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated experience interacting effectively with executive and senior management teams.

Skills
- The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $71,900 to $103,350.
Benefits
- In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
