About the role
- You'll work across every function at Rogo to shape what the agent knows and does, and to define how the world's most sophisticated investors work with AI.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for Felix, our agent: decide what to build, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship continuously
- Design novel agent systems and workflows for the realities of finance, where accuracy, trust, and depth matter more than almost anywhere else
- Prototype and build to figure out what is worth shipping.
- We prototype in design or code (everyone here builds with AI) far more than we write long specs, then partner closely with engineering and design to bring complex capabilities to life and unblock the team continuously
- Deep intuition for LLMs and agents. You're a compulsive user of AI tools with a strong grasp of how models are trained and prompted, and hands-on experience building with them

- A technical foundation.
- Finance experience (banking, private equity, or investing) is a strong plus, but not required
- A trusted presence with senior stakeholders.
