About the role

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision to teach new skills in communication and socialization while reducing any challenging, injurious behaviors.
- Deliver play-based, child-centered therapy using the NDBI framework.
- Build positive relationships with children and families, providing caregivers with daily updates.
- Maintain a safe, organized and engaging therapy environment.
- ANNA Autism Care is hiring passionate Behavior Therapists (BTs) to deliver evidence-based, 1 on 1 therapy to children with Autism using the Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach.
Requirements
- Available Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
- Passionate about working with children with Autism and eager to grow in the ABA field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or related field preferred (not required).
- Able to perform physically active tasks: sitting on the floor, crawling, running, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining close proximity to clients during sessions.
