About the role

Compensation
- $85,000-$100,000 annually, Commensurate with experience THE ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES Depending on experience, this individual will be hired at either the Director or Associate Director level.

- The Director of the Alumni/Attorney Mentor Program oversees and manages the Career Development Office (CDO) Alumni/Attorney Mentor Program.
- The Director promotes attorney engagement in the program and provides resources and support to both attorneys and students.
- The Director meets weekly with the Assistant Dean of CDO and will be involved in other CDO efforts and programming.
- The Director has minimal supervision in managing the programs and resources within this portfolio.
