Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and create an immediate sense of welcome.
- Manage reservations accurately through the booking system.
- Maintain organized seating plans and support the timely flow of service.
- Manage the waitlist during busy service periods.
- Coordinate closely with servers and dining leadership to support smooth table transitions and balanced seating.
- Assist the service team as needed to maintain an effortless and seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, polished, and organized host stand and Main House Commons.
