- Leasing & Sales: Act as the first point of contact for prospective residents, providing information on unit availability, pricing, and property features.
- Assist prospective residents with completing lease applications, verifying eligibility for affordable housing programs, and guiding them through the leasing process.
Responsibilities
- Achieve occupancy goals by following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a consistent leasing pipeline.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the property's floor plans, features, and current pricing.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, certifications, and resident communications.
- Use property management software to track leasing data, manage applicant information, and generate reports on occupancy and leasing progress.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Property Manager and other staff to support property operations and achieve leasing goals.

Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
