About the role

As a key member of our production team, you'll manage projects from concept to completion - collaborating with creative, technical, and operations teams to ensure every event runs seamlessly.

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
2-4+ years of Project Management experience within events, production, or A/V environments.
Strong organizational and communication skills - with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to think outside the box.
A knack for reading drawings, setup prints, and signal flow diagrams.
Confidence in leading teams, coordinating vendors, and solving problems on the fly.
Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestically and internationally).
