Lead and oversee all aspects of software implementation projects for SS&C clients
Establish and maintain strong rapport with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage clients' expectations and promptly address their concerns and feedback.
Develop and establish project baselines, including scope, resources, schedule, and budget.
Track and manage project execution, ensuring activities are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with consultants and cross-functional teams (Managed Services, IT, R&D, etc.) to deliver successful project outcomes.
Manage issue escalation and resolution to minimize project disruptions.
Effectively manage project resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
Collaborate with multiple internal teams and external clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
SS&C uses AI tools to help screen and assess applicants by analyzing resumes and applications to identify candidates whose skills match our needs. These tools support, but do not replace, human decision-making

You need to be legally eligible to work at the location(s) specified above and, where applicable, must be able to provide a valid work or study permit, if selected for an interview.

6-10 years of software implementation experience in a client-facing capacity.
6-10 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in asset management.
Demonstrated experience with project management tools and leading projects with complex Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
SS&C product knowledge is preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 10% as required by project needs.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
