Several years of experience managing a team of engineers
Significant experience with fullstack web development.
While you are not expected to write code, you do need to be able to "talk the talk" to help the team work through complex technical issues
You have helped a team scale both themselves and the services they are responsible for.

USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $190,000 USD and $278,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
