Now Hiring: Shop Foreman / Parts & Fleet Operations Manager AJ Construction, Inc.
This is a leadership position for someone who is highly organized, mechanically knowledgeable, and capable of coordinating maintenance activities while ensuring our shop operates at a high level.

Manage the daily operations of the company maintenance shop
Manage inventory of:
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing when possible
Maintain accurate inventory records and control costs
Work closely with management, project managers, and field personnel to support daily operations
AJ Construction operates a modern fleet of heavy equipment, trucks, asphalt paving equipment, aggregate production equipment, and support vehicles throughout Mississippi.

5+ years of experience in heavy equipment, trucking, or construction maintenance
Leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, diesel trucks, trailers, and asphalt construction equipment
Experience with inventory control and purchasing
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
