About the role
- will include order entry, result look-up, report generation, and answering internal/external calls in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Collects all specimens according to established procedures from patients and ensures that they are properly processed
Responsibilities
- The Lab Client Service Representative supports overall laboratory operations by performing the duties of a receptionist, collection of blood and other specimens, and registration in a timely manner to maintain the department efficiently.

Requirements
- High School Degree or GED
- Must possess the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly
Skills
- Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-pasted environment
- Engage with staff and patients in a professional manner
- Position requires travel to off-site locations
