About the role

  • We are a rapidly growing manufacturer's representative firm based in Island Lake, IL specializing in commercial HVAC products.
  • We are currently seeking a Parts Administrator to process customer orders, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • This role requires a self-motivated individual who actively contributes to the team's success and ensures customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse duties. Including shipping, receiving and inventory control and
  • Maintains the warehouse by keeping it clean and organized.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and can perform in a mostly solo environment.
  • Supports customers by phone, email, and over the counter.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our customers and business partners.

Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit.
  • The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Compensation

  • $50,000 - $60,000 per year
