Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the store, before or after the store closes (5AM or 10PM start time)
  • Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing, stimulating store
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment in our stores
  • Own self-development and provide continuous feedback to colleagues and Leadership Team
  • These tools support our team and are used to help bring relevant criteria to the foreground and do not replace human judgment.

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec

Nice to have

  • Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required
