About the role

The VP will shape and advance Broadridge's Buy Side strategy across hedge funds and institutional asset managers, ensuring alignment between client needs, market trends, and Broadridge's multi‑product investment management ecosystem.
Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.

Drive strategic growth, new logo acquisition, and long‑term client retention across key client segments such as hedge funds, private credit managers, and institutional asset managers.
Partner with senior leadership on market strategy, competitive analysis, and market segmentation.
Support pipeline development, expansion opportunities, and cross‑platform revenue initiatives across the Buy Side ecosystem.
Partner with Product Management to shape roadmap priorities, platform positioning, and long‑term strategy.
Develop client‑centric solutions leveraging Broadridge's capabilities across front, middle, and back office workflows.
Lead executive‑level presentations, solution workshops, and complex demonstrations.
Lead engagements with key industry influencers including prime brokers, consultants, and strategic advisory firms to strengthen client engagement, support go to market strategy, and drive further client adoption.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Relationship Management on campaigns, webinars, thought leadership, and industry events.
Lead the global Presales and Solution Engineering organization
Coach and develop Presales and commercial teams on product capabilities, industry workflows, and best‑practice storytelling.

15+ years of Buy Side investment management technology and/or operations experience, with deep understanding of front‑to‑back office workflows.
Experience engaging with alternative firms and the ecosystem supporting them.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels internally and externally.
Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, high‑pressure, matrixed environment.
Ability to travel as needed (approximately 30%).
This role requires deep domain expertise, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organization.

Range: The salary range for this position is between $200,000.00- $220,000.00 USD.
