Responsibilities

Requirements
- AI & Strategic Upskilling: Accelerate your professional growth with generous training budgets and mentorship, with a specific focus on Agentic AI expertise and the critical human skills required for the future of work.
- The ideal candidate:
Nice to have
- Has platform experience designing and implementing solutions within Segment, Rudderstack, mParticle, Tealium, or similar CDPs
- Has technical experience configuring automated campaigns and journeys within Lifecycle marketing tools such as Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, customer.io, or similar platforms
- Has experience with other tools across the MarTech stack, including analytics, enrichment, and attribution
- Understands multi/omnichannel transactional and marketing messaging
- Understands marketing attribution and can audit platform integrations and attribution data
- Proficient with JSON or SQL/data modeling best practices
- Experience in data activation using reverse ETL tools like Hightouch or Census
- Proficient with scripting languages and lambda functions
