Responsibilities
- Manage the President's calendar, prioritizing and organizing schedules to optimize the President's time, and partner closely with the Chief - of - Staff when scheduling all meetings, appointments, events, and travel
- Manage phone calls, messages, and priority call lists
- Provide President with relevant documents prior to all meetings
- Bring strong organizational instincts to structure and maintain office systems, workflows, and priorities, keeping the President and broader office organized, well-kept, and running smoothly
- Partner with the Chief-of-Staff and Leadership team to plan, coordinate, and execute departmental events, town halls, and offsites
- Maintain, organize, and file all important documents, files, and records
- Manage mail into and out of the office
- Executive Assistant provides high-quality & proactive administrative support to the President of Production Services, Franchise Management & Theatrical Distribution while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Positive attitude and d emonstrated ability to be proactive, independent and resourceful to solve problems
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Must be available to work overtime on evenings and weekends as needed and approved
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Represent the President and the department in a professional manner and manage all work with highest degree of confidentiality - exercising discretion, judgment and diplomacy
Nice to have
- 5+ years administrative experience supporting a senior level executive (Agency, Production or Studio environment preferred).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with SAP, Concur and Workday and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Keynote preferred
Compensation
- The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $95,500 to $128,000 per year based on a 40 hour work week.

- The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
- A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
