Responsibilities

  • Leads multiple high complexity projects, either within the same client environment or different clients. Provides leadership to project teams.
  • Develops and maintains positive working relationships with client executives and key stakeholders with the ability to influence decision making.
  • Proactively manages change to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs and understands the interdependencies and levers within a project that drive successful outcomes
  • Monitor and support sales pipeline to reach quarterly bookings targets by leveraging client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • At least 7 years project management experience
  • At least 2 years of people leadership experience
  • Ability to make good and timely decisions that help shape the organization's best practices
  • Ability to influence and guide decision making for multiple stakeholders
