About the role

  • We are seeking a Planning Engineer with strong experience in Transmission Line project planning, coordination, and progress monitoring.
  • The role involves schedule management, interdepartmental coordination, progress reporting, revenue/cost analysis, and supporting project teams with accurate planning data with forecast.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update project schedules; ensure timely progress tracking and reporting.

Requirements

  • BE/BTech - Electrical/Civil(Regular Degree) Experience - Min.
  • 10 Years Industry - Overhead Transmission Line (Above 500kv project) Primavera P6 is mandatory.

Skills

  • Control, coordinate, and monitor all site activities; prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients for smooth coordination across all project aspects.
  • Prepare revenue vs. cost analysis, budgeting, and approval note sheets via SAP.
  • Maintain planning documentation and support project execution teams.
  • Plan and coordinate OHL (Overhead Line) construction activities.
  • Skills & Requirements Proficient in Primavera (P6) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of Transmission Line projects (preferably 500 kV and above).
  • Experience in OHL planning, site coordination, and documentation.
  • Good communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ready to travel to site as necessary during project implementation.
