About the role
- This is a full-time, on-site Title Insurance Underwriter role based in Winston-Salem, NC.
- This position is onsite based in Winston-Salem, NC.
Responsibilities
- The Underwriter will maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards and contribute to continuous process improvement and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to review complex property records, identify title issues, and make sound risk-based decisions.
- Knowledge of insurance concepts and practices, ideally with direct experience in title insurance or related property and casualty insurance fields.
- Proficiency with common office software and title/escrow systems
- ability to learn company-specific platforms and tools.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in title, escrow, closing, or real estate law is strongly preferred.
