Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and run automated test suites using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  • Perform manual testing of workflows, forms, role behavior, reporting, and platform configurations
  • Validate enhancements, bug fixes, and release changes across development, test, and production environments
  • Track defects, support triage, and verify fixes through resolution using ServiceNow Agile Development, Jira or similar tools
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to confirm acceptance criteria and expected outcomes
  • Support testing of workflow updates, access controls, reporting changes, data-related updates, and integrations
  • Document test plans, test cases, results, and lessons learned in Confluence or similar documentation tools
  • Support release readiness, test evidence collection, and UAT coordination

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ServiceNow testing activities, including automated and manual test execution, defect tracking, and user acceptance support.
  • What You Must Have
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Secret security clearance as required by federal contract
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineer, Information Technology or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or test engineering
  • 3+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments with user stories and sprint ceremonies
  • Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow testing activities, including Automated Test Framework (ATF) or comparable automated testing tools

Compensation

  • $67,355.00 - $114,503.00

Visa & Work Authorization

  • Citizen and possess an active Secret security clearance as required by federal contract
