You have excellent global vendor relationships management, ensuring our third-party providers deliver exceptional service.
You will also partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal and other internal stakeholders.
Lead complex market assessments around utilization, cost, participation, and demographic data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships across HR, Finance and Senior Leadership teams

Bachelor's Degree in related field with 12+ years of relevant work experience or Master's Degree with 10+ years of experience
High degree of autonomy with an ability to manage multiple priorities

$122,600.00 - $183,800.00
STEMCELL determines an individual's pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization.

You have experience negotiating multiple annual benefit renewals and open enrollments and the proven ability to manage projects effectively from planning to execution.
Direct the development and delivery of benefits communication and education strategies to improve employee understanding and engagement
Demonstrated experience management of Canadian and US benefits and retirement plans.
Working knowledge of other global regions benefits and retirement plans, including program design and delivery, is a plus
Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex benefits data and translate it into clear, compelling presentations for stakeholders at various levels
