About the role
- Your focus is to translate advanced AI capabilities into clear, actionable outcomes, helping stakeholders understand what is possible, why it matters, and how to move forward with confidence.
- Working closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams, you will ensure solutions are both compelling and operationally viable in secure environments.
- This role requires structured thinking and strong executive communication.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver targeted demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts that clearly illustrate platform value
- Develop clear artifacts (architectures, diagrams, briefings) to support customer understanding
- Support Sales in opportunity shaping and technical positioning, contributing to deal progression
- Build trusted customer relationships through technical delivery and responsiveness
- Manage concurrent engagements with strong organization and follow-through
- Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with requirements
Skills
- Active US Security Clearance (TS / SCI eligibility strongly preferred)
- 4+ years' experience in a customer-facing Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales role within U.S. Government environments
- Experience leading discovery sessions and translating mission needs into solution approaches
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience delivering demos and proof-of-concepts for customer engagements
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI)
- Experience supporting proposals/RFPs
- Self-starter with high accountability, a collaborative mindset, and a bias for action
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
