About the role
- We are actively exploring an established companion animal hospital in the Littleton market and are looking for a veterinarian who wants to become both a Medical Director and an owner.

- You lead the medicine.
- VPP provides operational, financial, HR, recruiting, and marketing support so you can focus on clinical excellence and team development.
- VPP supports more than 190 hospitals nationwide and over 200 doctor partners, including more than 100 first-time veterinary owners.
- Lead effective case flow and clinical decision-making within an urgent care setting
- Identify and implement clinical service enhancements
- Support hiring and onboarding of veterinarians and support staff
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
- Active Colorado veterinary license or ability to obtain
Nice to have
- 3+ years clinical experience preferred
Compensation
- Competitive base salary plus production, Medical Director stipend, monthly profit distributions, and long-term equity value creation
