About the role

This role is hybrid, but you must sit for the Bar and plan to reside in the state where you are applying.
Residency Program Details: After sitting for the Bar exam, Residency participants will join MFL to receive training in substantive family law and courtroom advocacy.
Residents will receive mentorship from the MFL Learning & Development department and legal teams, helping them successfully transition to an MFL Associate Attorney position upon passing the Bar.

Complete training and develop skills in client conversion.
Proactively study, build confidence, ask questions, complete assignments, and prepare to handle client matters from start to finish upon completion of Residency.
All candidates and incumbents are expected to perform the duties as assigned so long as they can meet the expectations set forth with or without reasonable accommodations.

$72,800 (Resident) or $117,000 (Associate Attorney).
Salary Range $72,800-$117,000.

Additional voluntary programs include voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary long-term care, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance, and pet insurance.
Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
Timely submission and approval of Character & Fitness application by the State Bar.
