About the role
- This role is hybrid, but you must sit for the Bar and plan to reside in the state where you are applying.
- Residency Program Details: After sitting for the Bar exam, Residency participants will join MFL to receive training in substantive family law and courtroom advocacy.
- Residents will receive mentorship from the MFL Learning & Development department and legal teams, helping them successfully transition to an MFL Associate Attorney position upon passing the Bar.
Responsibilities
- Complete training and develop skills in client conversion.
- Proactively study, build confidence, ask questions, complete assignments, and prepare to handle client matters from start to finish upon completion of Residency.
- All candidates and incumbents are expected to perform the duties as assigned so long as they can meet the expectations set forth with or without reasonable accommodations.
Compensation
- $72,800 (Resident) or $117,000 (Associate Attorney).
- Salary Range $72,800-$117,000.
