About the role

  • You will be shaping our product strategy, aligning stakeholders, and shipping valuable digital products.
  • You will be a leader on one of our product teams and will work cross-functionally with patients, clinicians, operators, marketers, billers, and more (this role is perfect if you want to fully immerse in technology-enabled, healthcare services).
  • Together, you will facilitate collaboration among these stakeholders to identify problems and explore solutions in an iterative way.

Responsibilities

  • Own, develop, and implement a digital product strategy for your squad, co-leading a product team along with engineering and product design to deliver value and learn from experiments
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders ranging from executives to individual contributors.
  • Work across the business to solicit great product concepts, collaborate with engineering, product design, and other areas, prioritize work, and communicate around the work. Ensure timely and reliable delivery of those projects.
  • Champion and develop the product roadmap, capturing high level concepts and improvements into the future. Share it broadly.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and excellence in our digital products. Network frequently beyond Ophelia and share learnings with the team.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and strategic thinking to lead product development and grow the business, keep track of key metrics and KPIs, and rigorously prioritize and align the team's work with the company's wider strategic goals.
  • able to create strong points of view to achieve Ophelia's strategy, backed with data.

Compensation
