About the role
- This role is with the Global Product Information (GPI) department at Dematic.
- Additional responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing the software plugins that transform technical documentation in DITA XML to a variety of delivery formats.
- Familiarity with DITA XML and structured writing is an asset but not a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance toolset for converting Word documents to DITA XML.
- Support Technical Writers by using a DITA CCMS, including troubleshooting errors and creating wiki content.
- Create training videos as needed.
- A drive to improve processes
Requirements
- Familiarity with XML, XSLT, Visual Basic, JavaScript, and CSS would be beneficial but is not required.

- The hourly pay range for this role is estimated to be $21-$30 per hour at the time of the posting.
