Alongside your team, you'll expand BBYO's reach and impact on hundreds of teens.
Join us and embark on an exciting journey with BBYO.

Recruiting, training, supervising and building a strong community of volunteer advisors that work directly with local chapters.
Seeking out and cultivating relationships with parents, alumni and partners in the community to mobilize more people to grow and support BBYO.
Utilizing data to drive decisions in continuing to build a robust member recruitment process to expand the impact of BBYO in Rocky Mountain Region.

Experience leading teams or projects is preferred
Must reside in the Denver Metro area and be willing and able to travel regularly within the region as well as to the office at the Jewish Colorado.
Ability to work non-traditional hours (some nights and weekends) when teens are available
Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without holding a visa or sponsorship.

$60,000-$70,000
Coaching and mentoring teens to implement annual calendar of high quality and fun programs at the chapter and regional level.
