About the role
- You will work closely with sales teams primarily based in North America, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and Australia.
- In this role, you will help with sales reporting, process efficiency, and operational capabilities across the sales organization, while also supporting selected day-to-day sales operations activities.
- You will work across teams and systems to bring structure, insight, and consistency to the sales process.
Requirements
- Required Skills, Talents, & Experience
Nice to have
- Coordinate service and hardware order delivery through internal systems, including Business Central ERP and Salesforce CRM
- Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows, system adoption, and operational processes
- Contribute analysis that helps sales leadership monitor performance, prioritize opportunities, and improve productivity
- 3-6 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, finance, consulting, or a related analytical or operational role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to travel globally approximately 10-15% as business needs require
- Experience supporting cross-functional work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Skilled in performing business, sales, and/or financial reporting
Compensation
- 88,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD Annual
- Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:
- Bonus Plan at 10% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
