About the role

Responsibilities
- Define and own the roadmap for key ad revenue initiatives that maximize revenue across Zynga's advertising inventory
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from ideation through rollout across our game portfolio
- Lead the design and execution of complex A/B tests
- Collaborate with product and central analytics teams, driving alignment and shared ownership of ads revenue outcomes
- Partner with data science on ML and AI-powered models to improve ad targeting, pricing, and inventory optimization
- Lead the design and execution of complex A/B tests; translate findings into actionable strategies
- A self-starter who identifies problems, builds the case, and drives solutions to completion - without waiting for direction

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in a data-intensive analytics role
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau or equivalent BI/dashboarding tools
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams

- The pay range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $96,400 and $130,660 per Year.
- The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $118,900 and $150,760 per year.
