About the role

Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary liaison for parent concerns, schedule changes, and general inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
Similarly, serve as the primary point-of-contact for in-school relationships.

Center Enrollment + In-School Programming: Manage the end-to-end registration processes using Launch's enrollment systems.
For center-based enrollments, this includes responding to all inbound family leads, supporting the managing of waitlists, and coordinating student intakes.
For in-school programming, this involves addressing requests for proposals and coordinating final program designs.
Billing & Finance: Manage customer accounts, including receivables and credits/refunds.
Lead the periodic invoicing process for school partners and families.
Proactively identify and reach out to new potential partners.
Marketing Support: Draft and schedule email newsletters and community updates, while organizing digital assets (photos/testimonials) for use in promotional materials.
Manage social media postings and provide support of advertising initiatives, both print and online.
Director Role Summary Launch Math + Science Centers is seeking an Enrollment + Partnerships Manager to own the complete student journey.
This role is the "front office" of the organization, serving as the primary point of contact for new and existing families and partners, and managing everything from initial inquiry and program placement to monthly school invoicing and new business initiatives.

Exceptional written and verbal communication; high attention to detail for financial and billing tasks.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM or enrollment software and Google Workspace.
Presence: A professional, empathetic, and service-oriented demeanor.
Compensation

$45,000 - $50,000 per year
$55,000 - $65,000+ Baseline 37.5 hour workweek, overtime eligible for 40+ Medical, dental, and vision insurance available (contribution toward premium required) 401(k) plan with employer match Paid Time Off Major Holidays
