Responsibilities

  • Attending and participating in Solution level Requirements, individual System Requirements, Operational scenario, and Use Case document reviews.
  • Apply a System-of-Systems (SoS) mindset when developing test strategies and validating integrated solutions, ensuring interactions, dependencies, and behaviors across multiple systems and subsystems are adequately understood, tested, and verified.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop Integrated Solutions Test (IST) plans, test procedures, and automation tools used to validate customer solutions.
  • Develop and maintain IST test procedures and test plans based on new software features, enhancements, and defect resolutions.
  • You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, Information Technology, or another related discipline.
  • 10 years experience in software testing principles, verification, and validation areas.
  • Experience in Test Automation technologies and scripting tools like python, JavaScript, C#, etc.
  • Experience working with requirements management tools such as IBM CLM, Doors Next Gen etc.
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, global environment.

Nice to have

  • A strong understanding of general network design principles including TCP/IP and UDP, Class D & EMP message structures and packet analysis (Preferred)
  • Experience in working with Databases like MySQL, MongoDB, etc. (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated willingness to adopt emerging AI technologies and apply data-driven approaches to improve test automation, defect analysis, productivity, and engineering workflows. (Preferred)

Compensation

  • The salary rate for this role is currently $79100-112800 The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
  • The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
  • Other benefit offerings for this role may include annual bonus, if eligible.
