About the role
- Acting as the primary client contact, you'll oversee publication plans from concept to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Working closely with scientific, editorial, and operational teams, you'll help clients achieve their communication objectives while driving account success.

Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships, providing proactive guidance and strategic support.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and financial performance to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with scientific, editorial, and production teams to deliver high-quality publications.
- Support and mentor junior team members while promoting best practices across the team.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of publication planning and the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience managing complex publications programmes and client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Skills
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation
- $85,000 - $110,000 USD
- At Ashfield, compensation is more than just a base salary.
- The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.
