About the role

Our Construction Project Superintendent is responsible for executing field level overview of subcontractor teams schedules, driving production expectations in the field and holding the teams accountable for trade quality and cycle time.
Effective execution of this position will reduce overall construction cycle times and driving maximum project installation cost efficiencies.

5 years of proven experience in multi-family, hospitality and/or commercial construction.
Coordinate and schedule special and permit-required inspections.
REQUIRED; 5 years of proven experience in multi-family, hospitality and/or commercial construction.
PREFERRED; Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Strong written, communication and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team.
Self-motivated with good time management skills.
Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license.

Proficiency with computer technology and applications, including MS Office, MS Project and other construction related software. (Procore a plus)
10 hour OSHA certification is required, 30 hour OSHA certification (preferred)

RANGE: $70,000-$125,000 based upon applicable project experience.
