Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in data conversion and migration projects.
Nice to have
- Insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience with AMS360, ImageRight, BenefitPoint, Applied Epic, or other insurance agency management systems preferred.

- The Data Conversion Specialist leads data conversion projects into AMS360, including the analysis, mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation of legacy data to ensure successful system implementations and clean go-live outcomes. The individual in this role must have strong expertise in AMS360 data conversion processes and a demonstrated ability to leverage agentic AI tools to accelerate data mapping, quality validation, and documentation efforts. Thie individual in this position actively collaborates with subject matter experts, technical resources, vendors, and project leadership to deliver high-quality data migration outcomes within established timelines.
