Responsibilities

  • nut allergy in home Grocery shopping Empty and clean kids' lunchboxes at end of day Kitchen cleanup and maintenance Laundry & Linens Wash, fold, organize, and put away laundry (including sheets and towels) for the full household Manage linen rotation Ironing/steaming and special garment care as needed Maintain tidy and well stocked laundry areas Pet Care Feeding dog as needed Walking/exercising the dog as needed (sometimes in family pool) Cleaning up/toweling off dog after exercise as needed Ensuring water is in dog's bowl Vet/grooming scheduling and transportation Schedule vet and grooming appointments Administer monthly medications Maintain pet supplies Vehicle Upkeep Schedule maintenance Fueling/cleaning/organizing vehicles Track registration/insurance Vendor & Property Oversight Oversee cleaners/contractors/landscapers Seasonal property maintenance Manage outdoor spaces Administrative Support Calendar management and coordination, including family extracurricular schedules via Skylight Event and appointment coordination Travel planning and logistics Research and registration for family activities as needed How to Apply Please submit a short intro letter, an updated resume, and 3 professional references with contact information.
