Responsibilities
- Inspire, coach, and develop your plant team to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding service to every customer.
- Manage staff scheduling, load planning, and route optimization to ensure efficient and timely concrete deliveries.
- Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales teams to exceed customer expectations and resolve any issues with urgency and care.
- Implement and monitor key metrics to assess plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality.

Requirements
- Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain management, or plant operations-experience in the concrete or construction industry is highly valued.
- Proficiency with dispatch software, Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards for transportation and delivery.
