About the role

Worker Type: Employee Job Post End Date: 07/24/2026 About this opportunity: Reporting to the Senior Specialist, TMPO Business Office, you will be responsible for coordinating activities across the Oil Sands and Atlantic portfolio.
Acting as the primary point of contact for corporate functions, the Business Office is responsible for triaging requests and directing them to the appropriate technical teams and subject matter experts within the business.

Serve as the primary liaison between Operations, Planning, and Finance to coordinate planning activities and support the Atlantic business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze operating and capital costs, providing financial insights that support forecasting and long-range planning.
Prepare executive-level presentations, recommendations, and analysis for the Corporate Committee and Operations Management Team to support strategic decision-making.
Perform financial and business analysis to support strategic initiatives, capital investment decisions, Investor Day, and long-range business planning.
Drive continuous improvement by enhancing planning processes, integrating systems and data, and improving financial reporting across the Atlantic and Oil Sands portfolio.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in the oil and gas industry, with strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, production, asset development, major projects, and/or operations.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial and business information into clear, concise, and actionable insights for senior leadership.
