Responsibilities
- Complete Building Services is adding an experienced HVAC Technician to our team.
- The major job duties are listed below: Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections of systems and associated equipment.
- Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis.
- Maintain equipment to industry standards.
- Interface with the building manager and other customer representatives to ensure client satisfaction.
- Operate and maintain HVAC, electrical, and security systems and associated hardware and equipment as directed.
- Accurately document work performed on tickets and/or work orders.

Requirements
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical problems as required and/or as assigned by the supervisor.
- Provide assistance and support to sub-contractors designated to perform installation and/or repair of equipment and/or hardware as required.
- Purchase materials and supplies, and maintain inventory as required for timely work completion.
Compensation
- Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Salary $35-$40 Parking provided Qualifications 7-10 years of experience operating and maintaining commercial buildings/familiarity with chillers Must have strong BAS/EMS experience Journeyman level skills
