About the role

  • Wonderful Wines, the premium wine division of The Wonderful Company, unites three iconic wineries - JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, Lewis Cellars, and Landmark Vineyards - under one visionary umbrella.
  • Under the direction of the Director of Hospitality, the Estate Hospitality Manager oversees all aspects of the daily operations of the Tasting Room, On-site Inn, and elevated tasting experiences.
  • The ideal candidate is a luxury hospitality professional with a passion for wine, capable of guiding a high-performing team while delivering exceptional guest experiences that reflect the sophistication and artistry of our estate.

  • Communicates and enforces company policies and procedures effectively to the Tasting Room and Inn staff.
  • Represents the estate at select industry and trade events as a brand ambassador.
  • Oversees tasting room operations, including scheduling, inventory control, reservation management, and quality assurance.
  • Cultivates relationships with high-value guests, members, and collectors to nurture loyalty and long-term brand advocacy.
  • Shares weekly budget and performance data-including wine and merchandise sales, tours, outreach efforts, and staff training-with the Director of Hospitality.
  • 3+ years of hospitality operations management experience, including 2+ years of retail sales experience
  • wine industry experience is required

Compensation

  • $85,000 - $95,000 and may include a discretionary bonus.
  • Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
