About the role

Job Description: The Agency Development Director is a position within the sales organization that will be responsible for coordinating resources and driving account growth for one or more Holding Company Groups and their agency OpCos.
Superior communication and project management skills are an absolute must to be successful in this position.
Our pay ranges are based on the work location.

Develop strategic relationships with the Agency OpCo leadership including Ad Operations, Social, Programmatic and Search teams.
Manage and improve executive relationships as well as senior management at the agency OpCo's
Support business planning, forecasting and revenue growth for the Holding Company Group and focused on the Agency OpCos
Partner with the Global Agency Development team and regional sales leadership to identify opportunities and strategies to enter into strategic commercials with key agencies both regionally and locally
Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a leading global media measurement and optimization platform that delivers the industry's most actionable data to drive superior results for the world's largest advertisers, publishers, and media platforms.

8-10 years of experience selling digital media, ad tech or digital research solutions
Deep working knowledge of digital media landscape
Experience in media buying, trading, or a similar role within the advertising industry
Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze profitability of a long-term partnership
