About the role
- Job Description: The Agency Development Director is a position within the sales organization that will be responsible for coordinating resources and driving account growth for one or more Holding Company Groups and their agency OpCos.
- Superior communication and project management skills are an absolute must to be successful in this position.
- Our pay ranges are based on the work location.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic relationships with the Agency OpCo leadership including Ad Operations, Social, Programmatic and Search teams.
- Manage and improve executive relationships as well as senior management at the agency OpCo's
- Support business planning, forecasting and revenue growth for the Holding Company Group and focused on the Agency OpCos
- Partner with the Global Agency Development team and regional sales leadership to identify opportunities and strategies to enter into strategic commercials with key agencies both regionally and locally

Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience selling digital media, ad tech or digital research solutions
- Deep working knowledge of digital media landscape
- Experience in media buying, trading, or a similar role within the advertising industry
- Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze profitability of a long-term partnership
Compensation
- $116,900.00 - $200,400.00 Annual
