Responsibilities
- The selected candidate will be expected to research, develop, design, and test electrical; components, equipment, systems and networks.
- Involvement in multiple aspects of aircraft subsystem development including electrical design, analysis, requirements, lab testing, data post processing, and issue troubleshooting.
- Aircraft subsystems may include, but are not limited to, Avionic System Architecture, Cable Design, and Electrical Power Generation & Distribution.

Requirements
- The candidate must: Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution by August 2027.

- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
Nice to have
- Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree.
- Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.
Compensation
- Associate Electrical Engineer (T01): $63,900 - $95,900 Electrical Engineer (T02): $77,200 - $115,800 Primary Level Salary Range: $63,900.00 - $95,900.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $77,200.00 - $115,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline
- however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
