We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who embodies both a passion for dance culture and a love/talent for finance.
Insomniac produces some of the most innovative, immersive music festivals and events in the world.

Perform month-end close tasks (journal entries, inventory analysis, event flash, etc.) in accordance with GAAP and SOX requirements
Drive results to improve profitability through variance analysis, cost control, and strategic planning
Key strategic business partner to leadership team by advising on growth initiatives, margin pricing strategies, and ROI
Manage all aspects of the P&L by tracking revenue and costs
Develop process improvements to streamline reporting, forecast, and licensing royalty reporting
Enhanced by state-of-the-art lighting, pyrotechnics and sound design, large-scale art installations, theatrical performers and next generation special effects, our events captivate the senses and inspire a unique level of fan interaction.

8-10+ years of experience in accounting or/and finance in CPG and retail required
Experience mentoring staff and leading cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have knowledge of GAAP, have strong communication skills and be highly organized.
Advanced technical skills, including Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
