- The Care Manager will report to Health & Wellness Director.
- Job Overview Assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident's care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents
- Document all services provided to your assigned residents during your shift
