Responsibilities

  • Delivers and maintains a maximum level of service.
  • Manages multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines, often in stressful and high-pressure situations.
  • Manages systems to notify players of table availability and assignments in a timely manner.
  • Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.
  • The Encore Boston Harbor Poker List Attendant is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining poker table player lists to ensure efficient poker table play and support appropriate levels of dealer staffing.

Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily.

  • 21 years of age or above.
  • Will be required to obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.

Nice to have

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Hospitality or casino experience preferred.
