Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate strategic updates by developing compelling presentations
- Support communications with the Board of Directors and with Loews Corporation
- Perform strategic and quantitative analyses, conduct due diligence, and determine appropriate company and/or project valuation
- Coordinate with partners and other key stakeholders
- Manage monthly reporting for executives related to new investment and debt activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Proactive, takes initiative, supports strategic priorities, owns projects from start to finish, consistently delivering outstanding results
Requirements

- Attend all required meetings and/or training sessions and maintain regular attendance in compliance with Loews Hotels & Co standards
- Comply with required departmental and company policies, procedures and service standards and safety regulations and procedures
- Undergraduate degree required
- Must be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively, take a proactive approach, and anticipate needs
Nice to have
- 1-3 years of relevant experience required
- prior investment banking preferred: also open to consulting and/or commercial real estate firm experience
- Financial modeling skill preferred
Compensation
- Salary range for this position, based on experience, is $100,000.00 to $125,000.00.
