About the role
- The Single-Family Estimating Department is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Estimating Coordinator / Intake Specialist (Estimator 1) to support our residential truss estimating operations throughout the West Region. This position plays a critical role in reviewing and qualifying incoming bid and permit requests, ensuring complete and accurate project
- information, coordinating workflow activities, and supporting scheduling efforts for the design team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Design, and Administrative teams to obtain missing information and move projects through the workflow.
- Enter and maintain project data in company systems.
- Support scheduling activities and monitor request status.
- Provide backup support for other coordinators and key departmental functions.
