As a Program Manager at Aalyria, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of complex projects and initiatives, with a focus on global public sector customers.

Leading teams to improve TRL/MRL of program Security Clearance Management: Maintain an active security clearance and assist the team in adhering to security protocols, safeguarding sensitive information, and ensuring compliance with relevant security regulations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, to establish and nurture strong working relationships.
Budget and Resource Management: Develop, monitor, and manage program budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and best practices by leveraging lessons learned and industry standards.
Implement feedback loops to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain an active security clearance and assist the team in adhering to security protocols, safeguarding sensitive information, and ensuring compliance with relevant security regulations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, to establish and nurture strong working relationships.
Develop, monitor, and manage program budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
Drive process improvements and best practices by leveraging lessons learned and industry standards.

An active Top Secret clearance is required for this position.
USG Expertise: In-depth knowledge of USG processes, acquisition, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is highly desired or equivalent work experience
a technical degree and/or advanced degree is a plus.
however, candidates preferred to be based in the D.C. area or Livermore, CA area due to regular weekly customer and team engagements.

Managing both hardware and software as a service model.
Experience building and managing schedules, tracking content deliverable, developing project management plans, conducting PMRs and presenting in front of customers.
