About the role
- We are looking for a reliable, skilled Aluminum Installer to join our growing field team in the Sarasota/Bradenton area.
- This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works well with others, and wants steady, long-term opportunity with a company that values its people.
- You will work alongside experienced crew members installing screen enclosures, aluminum structures, and related systems at residential and commercial job sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform fabrication work and field installations, including high-rise projects as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site throughout the project.
- Perform re-screening, repairs, and touch-ups as needed.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in aluminum installation, construction required.
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions.
- Must be able to work on swing stages and at heights safely and confidently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- flexibility and availability to travel is required for this role.
- Work on swing stages and elevated access systems when required

- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
Nice to have
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
