About the role

Critical evaluation and configuration management of commercial, alternative, and Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) alerts using Network Management applications.
Including, but not limited to environmental monitoring of Data Centers, telecom nodes and other critical infrastructure.
Analyze and troubleshoot network, servers, and application issues to resolve and meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) by maintaining high availability of critical infrastructure.

Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
Must have identification compliant with the Real ID Act at time of hire.
Must be able to obtain Department of Energy access badge.
Ability to work shift work in a 24/7/365 environment.
All applicants must be able to comply with all federal regulations, including those concerning controlled substances, as a condition of employment.

Strong understanding of Network, Application, or Server Monitoring Tools
Experience working with incident or ticketing system
IT Certifications
