About the role
- The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor coordinates and oversees daily Workflow and Pharmacy Operations.
- This position also has responsibility for direct supervision and leadership of the technician staff.
- Responsible for promoting and supporting the culture and values of the organization
Nice to have
- 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Direct technician experience and training in large volume pharmacy setting preferred.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.
- Required to have an active Maine Pharmacy Technician license prior to Martin's Point employment.
Skills
- Strong computer and pharmacy systems background required.
- Excellent demonstrated customer service skills required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated multitasking ability and problem-solving skills.
